In the manufacturing and supply chain operations environment, the client’s raw material receiving and verification processes were highly manual, relying on document checks, label matching, and system lookups. This approach was time-consuming and error-prone, with verification of a single shipment taking 10–20 minutes, leading to bottlenecks as volume increased.

Additionally, existing off-the-shelf solutions were costly and poorly aligned with operational workflows, limiting efficiency, scalability, and visibility into material flow and quality control.
